An interactive session was held by Mr Digvijay Singh, an acclaimed fashion designer at INIFD Gurukul Ahmedabad on 9th October 2019 for first year Fashion Design Students.
Digvijay Singh has showcased at several fashion weeks including Lakme Fashion Week, Bangalore Fashion week, the Marie Claire Show and is also a member to the Fashion Design Council of India. In the session he shared his experiences and gave an insight for exploration in the design field to the students.
Digvijay has not only designed for various Bollywood Celebrities, but has also designed and styled for films. He has been nominated in the best costume design category for his work in Sahib Biwi aur Gangster. He also garnered not only popular acclaim but also critical appreciation for his work. He was adjudged a finalist by the British Council as the Young Design Entrepreneur, 2010 and was named one of the 10 most promising Young Designers by Vogue India.
