INIFD Ahmedabad has played a very important role in my life! I always dreamt of walking on- ramp with models dressed in my designed outfits! That dream of mine got fulfilled, in May 2009! I can still remember that cloud 9 moment, when I was on the ramp with models dressed in my designs, waving hands and greeting the audience. From dreaming to achieving it, this was only possible because of the high-level training provided by INIFD Gurukul. They take us to the world of imagination, creation, fashion, and glamour. The faculties are very professional, cooperative, helpful and friendly. Today, I own a brand called Intelligent Idiots, where we design and create quirky and kitschy souvenirs, gifts and home decor products.

At INIFD Ahmedabad I got clarity with my basics about Fashion & Jewellery at best, as we were taught various things like drawings to develop collection of clothes, actual sewing, clothes finishing, fundamentals of Marketing, fashion show presentation and jewellery making. I inculcated all learnings which expanded my creativity and due to which today I am now running my own brand” Aarambh" based on Handcrafted Jewellery and Customization of clothes. INIFD Gurukul teachers always helped us to develop our creative ideas and guided us to build our style. As a student of INIFD we had no creative restrictions. INIFD gave a chance to study with students from different nationalities and cultures, which not only allowed us to have unique approaches and ideas for our collections, but was equally inspiring.
